Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. Free shipping covers the delivery charge, not import duties or VAT.
Dispatch and delivery
- Dispatch location: China.
- Order processing: usually dispatched within 2–3 days after your order is placed.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery. Contact us if you need help with an order that has not arrived.
Import duties and VAT
The buyer is responsible for applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges. These charges are not included in our free-shipping offer. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, they are payable to the relevant customs authority or carrier when requested. Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown in your order total.
Delivery questions
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once a parcel is dispatched. If an order is delayed, damaged or appears lost, send us your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
