How do I choose a pet carrier that fits?

Compare your pet's body length, standing height and resting width with the carrier's usable interior space. Also check the entrance and the supplier's stated weight limit. An exterior bag measurement does not tell you how much room is available inside.

1. Measure your pet in a natural standing position, then note the space they use while resting.
2. Find the measurements for the exact size and colour you want. Padding, seams and the opening can reduce usable space.
3. Confirm the closure, ventilation and carrying instructions for that model before ordering.

If an interior measurement or weight limit is missing from a listing, ask us to confirm it. Product photos illustrate styling and do not establish suitability for a particular breed or weight. We do not claim airline approval for these carriers.

Lace, checks or stripes: which carrier style should I choose?

What should I measure for a pet bed or cat cave?

Measure the space your pet uses in their usual sleeping position. Compare that with the bed's resting area, rather than its outer footprint. For enclosed caves and tents, check both the entrance and the interior height. A pet that stretches out may need a different shape from one that sleeps curled up.

Our pet beds and cat caves include open beds, enclosed caves, indoor tents and a scratcher bed. Read each listing's assembly and care instructions; do not assume every cover is removable or machine washable.

Is the Christmas tree cat cave a finished product or a DIY kit?

There are two separate listings. The Xuetuan Christmas Tree Cat Cave is the finished-product option. The Christmas Tree Cat Cave — DIY Kit is a materials kit that you assemble yourself.

The DIY kit's photos show a finished example. A glue gun and glue sticks are not included in the selected kit. Check the variant and included materials before purchasing; the kit and finished cave are not interchangeable.
