Products and ordering

Please review the product description, measurements, selected color and quantity before ordering. Check your pet's measurements and the stated product limits. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product descriptions and your applicable consumer rights remain part of your purchase.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you before changing it. If we cannot fulfill an order and cancel it, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

Prices and offers

The currency and order total are shown at checkout. Review the total before paying. Promotional codes are subject to the eligibility, minimum spend and usage limits stated with the offer. Our welcome offer and order-value offer cannot be combined with other discounts. A discount does not reduce your statutory rights. Later changes to prices or promotions do not alter an accepted order.

Shipping and returns

Orders are dispatched from China. Contact customer support for dispatch and delivery questions, cancellations, damaged or incorrect goods, and returns. Please obtain the correct return address from support before sending a parcel; the registered-agent address is not a return center.
