Before you order
Read our pet carrier & bed buying guide for measuring tips and a comparison of finished beds and DIY kits.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare your pet's measurements with the carrier dimensions in the product details. Exterior dimensions are not the usable interior space. If an interior measurement or weight limit is not listed, ask us before ordering.
Where does it ship from, and is shipping free?
Orders ship from China, usually within 2–3 days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days. Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping details.
Are import duties and VAT included?
Buyers pay applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges unless collected at checkout. Free shipping covers the delivery charge. Read the tax and delivery terms.
Can I return my order?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused goods. Buyers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover necessary return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact us for the correct return address. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Full return policy.
